The water-repellent fabric held up perfectly during a sudden downpour, and I was surprised how quickly it dried off afterward. Tucking it back into the front pocket is a breeze, so I keep one in my bag just in case.

I love how compact it folds into its own front pocket—I just tossed one in my glove box and it’s barely taking up space. The polyester feel is solid enough to trust on a drizzly hike.
