The insulation actually held up through a full workday, and my salad stayed crisp until noon without any ice pack. It fits neatly in my tote without taking over the whole bag, which is exactly what I needed for my commute.

Took this to a picnic last weekend and the insulation held up perfectly through a couple of hours in the sun. The zipper glides smoothly too, which makes packing and unpacking way less of a hassle than my old bag.

The insulated lining actually kept my salad cold for over four hours during a long workday. I wish the zipper pull was a bit sturdier, but it does the job for daily use.
